Black High Stretch Denim – 2.5% Spandex 4-Way Mobility

This is a high-spandex, high-polyester black denim fabric with a weight of 11.4oz and composition of 57.6% cotton, 29.4% polyester, 10.5% rayon (viscose), and 2.5% spandex.

It is not traditional pure cotton or micro-stretch denim. Instead, it is a performance-driven fabric designed for high stretch + durability. Cotton accounts for just over half, but together with rayon, it retains sufficient skin-friendliness and moisture absorption. Nearly 30% polyester makes the fabric more wrinkle-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and shape-retentive. And 2.5% spandex takes the stretch to a significantly higher level, making it suitable for garments that require substantial extension and fast recovery.

Product Functions

1. Significantly higher stretch than typical 1–2% stretch denim – fast recovery, no knee or seat bagging

2. Strong wrinkle resistance – garments naturally smooth after hanging, ideal for "low-iron" lifestyles

3. Reduces the "plastic feel" of high polyester content – smoother hand feel, comfortable against skin

4. Maintains natural moisture absorption –feel stuffy despite high stretch

5. Neither ultra-light nor heavy – achieves a good balance between stretch and drape

6. Black + High Polyester More stable black saturation – no excessive fading or graying under normal washing

Notes

1. Pre-wash and pre-shrink the fabric before cutting to avoid finished product size deviations.

2. Use specialized denim needles and thread to prevent skipped stitches or needle breakage.

Precautions

1. Slight color differences may occur between batches. Please confirm lab dips/approved samples before mass production.

2. Pay attention to grain direction when cutting elastic fabrics to prevent garment distortion due to stretching.

3. Fabric contains spandex. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure to prevent elastic fiber degradation.

1. Regular orders support domestic logistics, international sea freight, and air freight. Shipping methods can be arranged according to customer needs.

2. Standard fabric packaging is roll packing on pallets. Please specify in advance if special packaging is required.

3. Inspection photos/videos will be provided before shipment, and the order will be dispatched upon confirmation.

4. In case of force majeure (e.g., weather) causing delivery delays, customers will be informed immediately and solutions coordinated.
