TL11940-8QT-GF is cotton lyocell blended denim fabric, woven in Special Weave. It features distinctive raised stripe and ribbed tactile surface with warm brown solid colour. Weight: 12.2oz before washing, 12.3oz after washing, usable width 63–64 inches. Blended construction combines the rigidity of cotton and smooth drape of lyocell. Without spandex, it is ideal for fashion collections requiring unique 3D ribbed texture and non-stretch style.

Product Functions

Tactile raised stripe & ribbed texture with Special Weave Woven via special weave, this denim comes with raised stripe and ribbed lines on the fabric face. The 3D ribbed surface brings obvious tactile feeling, completely different from ordinary smooth flat denim. It delivers premium visual and touch experience for finished garments. The texture remains stable after garment washing, and the raised ribbed stripes will not flatten easily.

Balanced hand feel from cotton lyocell blend Cotton brings structural stiffness, while lyocell enhances surface smoothness, mitigating the coarse touch of pure cotton denim and reducing pilling tendency. The blend creates soft, flowing drape while retaining good fabric stability.

Solid brown colour, stable shade with piece-dyed finish Consistent solid brown colour across the full roll. Stable colour performance, no secondary re-dyeing required. Fabric can be directly sent for garment cutting, helping apparel factories skip extra dyeing work, shorten lead time and avoid colour deviation risks. After garment washing, the brown tone fades evenly while preserving the raised stripe and ribbed texture.

Wide width for production efficiency 63–64 inch width improves marker efficiency and cuts fabric waste during garment cutting.

Notes

Pre-wash and pre-shrink the fabric before cutting to avoid finished product size deviations.

Use specialized denim needles and thread to prevent skipped stitches or needle breakage.

Precautions

Slight colour differences may occur between batches. Please confirm lab dips/approved samples before mass production.

Pay attention to grain direction when cutting to prevent garment distortion.

This fabric contains no spandex. Long-time direct sunlight exposure is not recommended to prevent colour fading.

Standard fabric packaging is roll packing on pallets. Please specify in advance if special packaging is required.

Inspection photos/videos will be provided before shipment, and the order will be dispatched upon confirmation.
