Product Function

3/1Z Classic Twill Construction, Stable Black Base Tone. Woven in 3/1Z right hand twill, neat twill lines on fabric surface. Solid black colour base, great colour retention during garment washing. Supports various denim wash processes, keeps elegant deep black appearance after washing.

Cotton-Rayon-Poly-Spandex Blended Formula, Soft Handfeel with Gentle Stretch. 63.9% cotton brings authentic denim texture. 9.6% rayon enhances softness and draping property. 26% polyester improves fabric tensile strength and dimensional stability. 0.5% spandex delivers subtle stretch for wearing comfort, reduces garment tightness.

BCI & OEKO-TEX Certified, Safe & Sustainable Textile. Adopts BCI 良好棉花,passes OEKO-TEX Standard 100 textile safety test. No harmful substances, safe for next-to-skin wear. Suitable for fashion brands with eco-friendly and safe textile requirements.

Balanced Weight 13oz, Good Shape Retention. Pre-wash weight at 13oz, medium heavy weight, provides good shaping performance for jeans and outerwear. Fabric does not easily deform after repeated washing.

62–63" Usable Width, Flexible Cutting Layout. Usable width 62-63 inches, fits most apparel cutting markers. Suitable for denim garment factories to produce jeans and outerwear.

Notes

Pre-wash and pre-shrink fabric before cutting to avoid size deviation of finished garments. Use denim needles and matching thread for sewing to prevent skipped stitches.

Precautions

Minor shade variation exists between batches. Confirm lab dip / approved sample before bulk production. Pay attention to fabric grain direction during cutting to avoid garment twisting. Keep away from long-time direct sunlight to prevent premature fading.
