It presents clean, sharp and orderly twill grain on fabric face, uniform colour without messy mottled texture. The plain clean surface is highly versatile for diverse denim wash processes. It holds good structural rigidity to support clean garment silhouette, and creates natural, controllable vintage fading after washing. Classic all-cotton denim, ideal for minimalist, workwear and basic retro styles.

100% Cotton Composition, Solid Handfeel & Great Wash Performance 100% cotton delivers robust tensile strength and excellent durability. The fabric has firm, dry original handfeel, with stable wash behaviour. Its stiffness can be adjusted via garment washing, supporting classic denim finishing such as whiskering and grinding. It maintains garment shape well and resists sagging, perfect for clean-cut tailored denim styles.

Simplified Garment Development, Stable Colour & Consistent Batch Performance Thanks to its clean plain surface, this fabric is easy to control for colour and wash effect during garment processing. It reduces uncertainty in washing development, shortens sample lead time for basic denim styles. The all-cotton base supports a wide range of reactive dyeing, and allows multiple vintage wash effects, from raw rigid dark blue to soft faded mid-blue. Multiple colour options available: raw dark blue, mid blue, black, charcoal.

BCI & OEKO-TEX Certified, Premium Base Fabric for Basic Denim Collections. This all-cotton BCI denim is a staple base fabric for fashion brands’ core denim lines. Usable width 64-65 inches, wide roll width improves marker layout efficiency and cutting yield for trousers, jackets and waistcoats.

Notes

Pre-wash and pre-shrink fabric before cutting to avoid size deviation of finished garments.

Use denim needles and matching heavy-duty thread for sewing to prevent skipped stitches.

Precautions 

All-cotton fabric will have normal shrinkage during washing; shrinkage data shall be confirmed before bulk production. Colour shade variation exists between batches. Confirm lab dip / approved sample before bulk production. Pay attention to fabric grain direction during cutting to avoid garment twisting. Keep away from long-time direct sunlight to prevent premature fading. Not stretch fabric; take fabric property into consideration for pattern making.
