TL11723TA is a soft all-cotton denim woven in 3/1Z right-hand twill with Siro-spun yarn, constructed with 8S×8S yarn count. It features natural cross & vertical slub texture across the fabric face, delivering distinctive uneven textured look without harsh handfeel. Composition: 100% Cotton. Certified by BCI Better Cotton and OEKO-TEX Standard 100, meeting global textile safety and sustainable fashion sourcing standards. Pre-wash Weight: 9.9 / 9.9oz, usable width:65-66 inches. The fabric surface shows organic horizontal & vertical slub grain, with great colour development potential. It presents natural horizontal and vertical slub grain on fabric face, unique irregular textured appearance. The Siro spinning technology brings softer base handfeel compared with conventional ring-spun denim. The slub effect works well with diverse denim wash processes. It maintains proper fabric body, and enables flexible colour tuning to get your desired shade after garment washing. Classic textured all-cotton denim, ideal for vintage, workwear and street casual styles.

Notes

Pre-wash and pre-shrink fabric before cutting to avoid size deviation of finished garments.

Use denim needles and matching heavy-duty thread for sewing to prevent skipped stitches.

Precautions

All-cotton fabric will have normal shrinkage during washing; shrinkage data shall be confirmed before bulk production.

Colour shade variation exists between batches. Confirm lab dip / approved sample before bulk production.

Pay attention to fabric grain direction during cutting to avoid garment twisting.

Keep away from long-time direct sunlight to prevent premature fading. 

Not stretch fabric; take fabric property into consideration for pattern making.
