TL12235-3G is rigid non-stretch denim woven in classic 3/1Z twill. It adopts 8s warp & weft dual slub yarns to form unique interlaced slub texture on fabric face. Different from ordinary single warp-direction slub denim, both warp and weft carry slubs, presenting rich dimensional texture. Color: Dark Blue with light blue undertone. Composition: 88.7% Cotton,7.1% Polyester,4.2% RCF regenerated cellulose fiber. Certified by BCI Better Cotton, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and Repreve eco certification, meeting global sustainable fashion sourcing standards. Weight:13.4–13.9oz, usable width:67-68 inches. Natural slub grain runs in both horizontal and vertical directions instead of only warp slub as common denim. The staggered texture brings delicate 3D tactile effect on fabric surface. Slub effect remains stable after garment washing, highlighting natural vintage aesthetics. It endows finished jeans with exclusive look and stronger market differentiation.

2. Eco-friendly formulation with BCI, OEKO-TEX and Repreve multi environmental certifications. Blended with 4.2% RCF regenerated cellulose fiber, paired with BCI Better Cotton, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and Repreve certification. Fully compliant with international green sourcing standards for fashion brands. RCF improves dye uptake, delivering soft and even fading after garment washing. Low environmental footprint during production, preferred fabric for sustainable apparel lines.

High Cotton Content, Comfortable Handfeel & Stable Fabric Structure 88.7% high cotton content delivers classic genuine denim touch and good fabric rigidity. 7.1% polyester improves dimensional stability and abrasion resistance. 4.2% RCF balances softness and reduces harsh handfeel. The 3/1Z twill weave ensures clear twill lines and consistent quality across batches.
