Classic 3/1Z Right-Hand Twill, Authentic Raw Denim Character. Woven with traditional 3/1Z right-hand twill, clear and neat twill lines on fabric surface. The deep dark blue raw base colour delivers iconic raw denim look, capable of forming beautiful natural fading (honeycombs, whiskers) after long-time wear and garment washing, highly favoured by heritage denim enthusiasts.

Cotton Polyester Blend, High Rigidity & Excellent Shape Retention. 60.6% cotton brings classic genuine denim touch. 39.4% polyester greatly improves fabric tensile strength, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability. This rigid fabric holds shape firmly, does not sag easily, perfect for heavy-duty workwear and rigid raw denim styles.

BCI & OEKO-TEX Certified, Compliant with Global Sustainable Fashion Standards. Made with BCI Better Cotton, free of harmful substances and tested to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Safe for skin contact, satisfying brand requirements for responsible textile supply chain.

Notes

Pre-wash and pre-shrink fabric before cutting to avoid size deviation of finished garments. Use denim needles and matching thread for sewing to prevent skipped stitches.

Precautions

Minor shade variation exists between batches. Confirm lab dip / approved sample before bulk production. Pay attention to fabric grain direction during cutting to avoid garment twisting. Keep away from long-time direct sunlight to prevent premature fading.
