Product Function

Vertical Slub Yarn, Distinctive Textured Surface & Retro Aesthetic. Woven with vertical slub yarn, the fabric features natural uneven vertical slub texture across the whole surface. Different from plain smooth denim, the vertical slub variation creates subtle linear texture and rich visual layers, adding tactile depth and individuality to finished garments. The native slub effect delivers a refined vintage look without heavy extra washing processes.

Core Black Dyeing, Unique Grey Tint After Wash & Premium Vintage Look. Adopting core black yarn dyeing technology, the yarn core keeps raw colour while the outer layer is dyed black. After garment washing, the twill lines naturally reveal elegant grey tone instead of flat solid black, bringing strong layered texture and sophisticated worn-in style. Unlike ordinary black denim that turns yellow after repeated washing, this fabric fades into premium grey shade and maintains stable black base tone.

Special Weave Structure, Clear Twill & Foggy Grey Finish. Woven with special weave construction, the fabric owns delicate surface texture and well-defined twill lines. The core black base will develop vintage foggy grey effect after washing, offering great aesthetic differentiation in the black denim market. Strong wash plasticity supports various garment finishing techniques including whiskering, hand sanding, bark crease and grinding.

Rayon Blended, Soft Drape & Balanced Fabric Texture. 10% Rayon brings soft handfeel and excellent drapability, avoiding rigid stiff touch. 59.3% cotton provides solid fabric structure and wearing durability, while 29.1% polyester enhances fabric tensile strength and reduces shrinkage, achieving a perfect balance of stiffness and softness for daily denim wear.

Genuine LYCRA Spandex, 4-Way Stretch & Excellent Recovery. 1.6% LYCRA spandex provides well-balanced stretch power in both warp and weft directions and excellent shape retention. Garments can stretch freely with body movement and bounce back to original shape after wear, preventing knee and seat sagging. Comfort 4-way stretch for all-day daily wear.

Notes
